Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees vary depending on the tour or service. Please check the cancellation policy listed on each tour or service page before booking.
As a general guideline, free cancellation is available up to 3 days before the tour, a 50% cancellation fee applies from 2 days before the tour, and a 100% cancellation fee applies on the day of the tour or in case of no-show.
Refunds
Refunds are not available after the cancellation deadline, except when the tour or service is cancelled by the organizer.

Tours and experiences may be changed or cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
