The policy shown on the tour page or booking platform prevails. If the tour is canceled by the organizer due to bad weather, no fee is charged and a refund is provided.

Direct bookings are paid in advance via Stripe. If you book through an external travel booking platform, please follow the payment and cancellation terms of that platform.

We offer tours in Japanese and English.
German may also be available when a German-speaking guide can be arranged.

If you would like a tour with a foreign-language guide, please book the applicable plan through our English website.
Plans listed on our Japanese website are generally available in Japanese only.

Minors may join if accompanied by a guardian.
For cycling tours, age, height, and other participation requirements may apply, so please check the conditions listed on each tour page.
For non-cycling experiences, minors may join as long as they meet the age and participation requirements specified for each plan.

Infants who do not participate in the experience may watch for free.
However, if a plan has age-based pricing, please book the appropriate plan when the child falls within the applicable age category.

No refunds are provided. Your experience time may be shortened.

Cycling tours include third-party liability insurance for property damage and bodily injury. Your own injuries are not covered, so personal travel insurance is recommended.

We use Brompton, a compact and easy-to-handle folding bike suited for slow, scenic rides. Please check the tour page for details.

Meeting points and access are listed on each tour page. Participants must arrive on their own. Some locations may require a rental car or taxi.

Free transfers are not standard.
Participants are generally required to arrive at the meeting point on their own.

However, if access to the meeting point is difficult, please contact us in advance.
Depending on the tour, schedule, and location, we may be able to consider your request.

With your permission, photos may be taken for records or promotion. Photos we take may also be shared with you.
