Hiking Tsurugisan

Conquer one of Japan’s 100 famous mountains and touch the sky of Shikoku.

Rising 1,955 meters above sea level, Mt. Tsurugi (Tsurugisan) is the second-highest peak in Shikoku and a sacred sanctuary steeped in mountain mythology. Blessed with diverse trails through pristine beech forests, seasonal alpine flowers, and mystical ridgelines, this mountain offers a deeply rewarding outdoor experience for nature lovers.

With our professional local guide, you will safely journey to the breathtaking summit, where a 360-degree panoramic view stretches all the way to the Seto Inland Sea.

Participant Requirements

Participants must be between 13 and 79 years old and have a good level of physical fitness.

Duration

Approximately 4 hours (may take longer if the chairlift is not used).
